Description
The factory VGT on the 11-14 6.7 Powerstroke is a known liability — and when it lets go, a stock replacement just puts you back in line for the same failure. This kit swaps in a fixed-geometry S300 that drops into the factory location: no vanes, no actuator, nothing to gum up. It’s the do-it-once fix.
What’s in the box: S300 turbo with pedestal and oil feed line, pedestal gasket, billet plug for the old dual-outlet turbo, plus intake and intercooler boots with clamps. It reuses your factory exhaust manifolds, downpipe, and intake manifold — no extra parts to chase — and plays nice with most aftermarket intercooler piping kits. Fits both pickup and cab & chassis trucks. Heads up before you order: this is a non-VGT turbo, so it requires non-VGT tuning. Budget for it if you’re not tuned already.
Sizing by what you’re doing with the truck: the S362 cast (stock–500 hp) and S363 SXE billet (to 550 hp) are the towing and daily-driver picks. The S364.5 (425–575 hp) adds headroom for mild racing. The S366 (450–625 hp) leans street/strip, and the S369 and S372 (500–750 hp) are for hot street and race fueling. The Extreme Duty 360° steel bearing upgrade is cheap insurance on any high-boost build.
Assembled in Texas, high-speed balanced before shipping, 1-year unlimited-mileage warranty.
