Carli XXHD Leaf Spring Kit
The Carli XXHD Leaf Spring Kit is engineered for 2019–2023 Ram 3500 4×4 diesel trucks carrying a constant 3,500 pound bed load, such as a full service bed, custom flatbed, large fixed camper, or cab-over camper. These springs provide 1 inch of lift and are designed to properly support heavy overland and off-road rescue-style builds.
Developed for heavy constant-load applications, these XXHD full replacement leaf springs are intended for trucks with approximately 6,500 pounds of rear axle weight, confirmed on a certified scale. They are not designed to be run unloaded and require the constant 3,500 pound load to sit at the intended height and function properly.
