Carli Long Travel Air Bag System – 2000–2005 Ford Excursion 4×4 – For 3″ System
The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System is designed to provide adjustable rear load support while maintaining full suspension performance on Carli-equipped Excursions. Engineered specifically for use with Carli lift systems, this kit delivers up to 2,000 lbs of support per bag while preserving ride quality and suspension travel when properly adjusted.
Unlike traditional air bag systems, this long travel design allows the suspension to cycle freely without limiting articulation. When run at the minimum pressure, the system has virtually no impact on ride quality, making it ideal for vehicles that alternate between unloaded driving and heavy hauling.
