Carli Pintop 2.5 Leveling System Base 2.5in Lift 2013–2018 Ram 3500 Diesel

The Carli Pintop 2.5 Leveling System is designed for Ram 3500 owners who want a quality big-shock suspension system with moderate lift height, improved ride quality, and confident light- to medium-duty off-road performance. This system provides a 2.5-inch front lift for a leveled stance while maintaining factory rear leaf springs to preserve load capacity, towing manners, and hauling capability.

At the heart of the system are Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5-inch remote reservoir shocks on all four corners. Compared to a 2.0-inch shock, the 2.5-inch shock body delivers 55% more piston surface area for improved control and performance. Carli engineers designed custom pistons and tuned the shocks in-house to optimize ride quality, handling, and predictability both on-road and off-road.

Notes:

• Fits 2013–2018 Ram 3500 SRW and DRW diesel models.

• Fits 2019 and newer Ram 3500 DRW diesel models only where applicable.

• This system is not upgradeable to any other Carli Suspension system.

• Designed for customers wanting a quality big-shock system with off-road capability, minimal lift, and no reduction in payload or hauling capacity.

• Slight eccentric bolt compensation is recommended to correct caster after installation.

• No radius arm drops are included.

• Customers may experience slight front coil spring bow at the 2.5-inch lift height without radius arm drop brackets.

• Radius arm drop brackets can be added separately to alleviate coil bow and recenter caster adjustment if needed.

• This system will result in tight, responsive handling.

• Carli 3-inch suspension systems will ride softer in the rear due to their included reduced-capacity rear springs.

• Ride quality can be substantially improved with the addition of a Carli torsion sway bar.

• A Carli low-mount steering stabilizer is recommended for any tire larger than factory size.

• Recommended tire size is 35 inches.

• Recommended wheel width is no more than 9 inches.

• Recommended backspacing is 5.5 to 6 inches.

• An 18-inch diameter wheel is recommended for optimal ride quality.

• Recommended unloaded tire pressure is 45 PSI front and 40 PSI rear.

• King shocks use plated steel bodies. If exposed to inclement weather for extended periods, Carli recommends wrapping the shocks in 3M film to provide a replaceable moisture barrier.

• King shock oil is rated to -55°F.
